Crazy Legs

Body Position: 

The athlete starts in front of the first rung of the ladder with one foot inside and one outside of the ladder to the left or right (make sure to perform equal reps starting from the left and right for symmetrical training). To progress down the ladder, alternate quick steps inside and outside the lateral aspect of the ladder; crossing your feet between each set of rungs. Keep the hips facing forward and retain arm motion seen during proper running form.
