Improper Technique:

The leg is brought up so that the foot reaches the hand, not the reverse. Do not bend the torso to allow the hand and foot to connect; attempt to reach up to the hand. The shoulder blades should also remain in contact with the floor.

Positions:
Lie face down on the floor so that your body forms the shape of a cross or ‘T’.
Lift one leg up and cross the body to reach for the opposite hand.
Lift the other leg up and cross the body to reach for the opposite hand.
Common Errors:

Reaching down with the hand and twisting the torso toward the foot and allowing the shoulder blades to lose contact with the floor.
