Proper Technique:
- Utilizing proper running arm form (see A-Skips), a running type motion is performed where the knees remain straight and the ankles are kicked back to the gluteals.
- The focus is on performing many kicks over a short distance
- Movement occurs in the sagittal plane

Improper Technique:
Covering a distance quickly while not performing many kick repetitions.
Common Errors:
Bringing the knees back behind the torso to kick. The thighs should remain straight during the movement.
