Lying Oblique Stretch
Proper Technique:
- Lying in a supine position, bend the knees and bring them to the side while keeping the arms away from the body and the shoulder blades on the floor
- Let the upper leg rest on top of the lower one

Improper Technique:
Bringing the knees up and during the twist allowing the opposite shoulder blade to leave contact with the floor.
Common Errors:
Neglecting to keep the shoulders on the floor, or bringing the knees up too high to negate the oblique stretch to an extent.
