Lying Oblique Stretch

Proper Technique: 
  1. Lying in a supine position, bend the knees and bring them to the side while keeping the arms away from the body and the shoulder blades on the floor
  2. Let the upper leg rest on top of the lower one

Improper Technique: 

Bringing the knees up and during the twist allowing the opposite shoulder blade to leave contact with the floor.

Positions: 
Lying in a supine position, bend the knees.

Common Errors: 

Neglecting to keep the shoulders on the floor, or bringing the knees up too high to negate the oblique stretch to an extent.
