Hopscotch
Hopscotch
Body Position:
You start in front of the 1st square. You move through the ladder by jumping both feet out wide so that your feet are just outside the 1st square before jumping inwards with both feet landing in the 2nd square.
Same exercise can be performed now moving backwards through the ladder. When moving backwards maintain a slight forward lean in your upper body. This helps you maintain balance and it improves your visibility of the squares.
Common Errors:
Exercise is performed while maintaining straight legs (locked knees). Heels touch the ground during movement.
