Lateral Cross-Overs
Body Position:
You start standing sideways. Place your left foot in the 1st square and your right foot in the 2nd square. Now move your left foot in front of your right foot inside the 3rd square before moving your right foot into the 4th square.
When you get to the end of the ladder immediately “switch legs” and perform same movement going back.
Common Errors:
Hips rotate during cross-over foot movement.
