Proper Technique:
Athlete starts from the net, jogging backwards towards the ad-court doubles corner (1), where he/she performs side-steps towards the deuce-court doubles corner (2), while facing the net. Once athlete reaches deuce-court doubles corner, he/she start jogging forward along the side-line until reaching the ad-court doubles corner on the other side of the court (3). Then the athlete performs side-steps towards the deuce-court (4) while facing the back-fence. Once athlete reaches deuce-court doubles corner, he/she jogs backwards again along the side-line until reaching the ad-court doubles corner again (1).
Athlete can incorporate other movement patterns (e.g. carioca-shuffle) for/during each lap.

Slow – medium --> controlled movements
