Triceps Overhead Stretch

Proper Technique: 
  1. Start by placing one arm behind the head with the forearm flexed against the upper arm
  2. Take the opposite hand and pull at the elbow towards the head and midline of your body
  3. Maintain an erect torso

Bending at the torso to negate the triceps stretch and activate the latissimus of the back instead.
